As an ambassador, you will have the chance to earn rewards for promoting our brand, but it's crucial to understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the program before you begin.
Please take a moment to read the following carefully to fully grasp your rights and obligations as a Faire De La Mode ambassador.

Non-Disparagement: Ambassadors shall not make any negative or disparaging remarks about the brand, its products, or other ambassadors. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, blog articles, and other forms of content. Any violation of this provision may result in the termination of the ambassador’s participation in the program.

1. Referral Code: Each ambassador will be assigned a unique referral code to receive discounts on purchases. Ambassadors are prohibited from posting their referral code on any third-party coupon sites or using it for commercial purposes.

2. Faire De La Mode Club: Participation in the ambassador program requires membership in the Faire De La Mode Club. Ambassadors must maintain active membership in the Faire De La Mode Club in order to participate in the program.

3. Content Guidelines: Ambassadors are responsible for creating and sharing content that aligns with the brand’s values and aesthetic. All content must be original and not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

4. Code of Conduct: Ambassadors must adhere to a strict code of conduct and conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Ambassadors are prohibited from engaging in any behavior that could harm the brand’s reputation or integrity.

5. Termination: The brand reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Termination may occur if an ambassador violates any of these terms or fails to meet the brand’s performance expectations. If an ambassador is terminated, any payments due to them will be paid out via PayPal in the next payment cycle.

5.1 Referral Compensation: Any payments earned by an ambassador through the promotion of their referral code on third-party websites are considered ineligible for compensation and will not be paid out.

6. Compensation: Ambassadors will receive payment for their referral sales via PayPal on the last Friday of every month. Compensation may be subject to taxes and other deductions as required by law. By submitting an application to participate in the ambassador program, you agree to these terms and conditions. The brand may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the brand’s website. Ambassadors are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions for updates or changes.
